Delivery Information
We offer free insured delivery on all orders over £50 (£3.99 on all orders £49.99 or less). Your items will be securely packaged and shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Tracked 24.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that we only deliver to the address provided at checkout and cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Returns Policy
Please note that the right to cancel under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to our products, as their prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond our control.
If you decide to cancel an order after it has been placed due to a price fluctuation, a cancellation charge of 3% of the total order value will be applied, in addition to any consequential losses resulting from changes in the metal price.
This cancellation policy applies to in-stock, pre-ordered, and special order items. If you are unable to provide the necessary documents to fulfill our compliance requirements, leading to the cancellation of your order, the same cancellation charges will apply.
You are entitled to return any product you are not satisfied with; however, please note that you will be responsible for any postal charges.
If we determine that the returned goods are of satisfactory quality, a return postal charge will be required to send the goods back to you. contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
